Thousands of people have been displaced in recent weeks throughout Afghanistan by the swift take over of cities and towns by Taliban forces. This has followed a year of severe drought which has resulted in many people not being able to grow enough food to eat. Many are living in settlements and camps and reliant on food handouts.
